Refund policy

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return items within 14 days of delivery. Please make sure the books are returned in the same condition as you received them. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees cannot be refunded.

 

Condition Verification

All books are individually photographed prior to dispatch to document their condition. These photographs form part of the item record and may be used to verify condition in the event of a return request, damage claim, or dispute.
